Crossed off the bucket list-- visit Joshua Tree and stay at a fancy vacation home.
In the early morning (6am), we headed to Cholla Cactus garden to see the sunrise.
Cholla Cactus-- the most proactively aggressive kind of plant I ever encountered in my life. One slight touch and its spikes literally get into your skin and sticks, like, it bites on you. It's so painful so take them off. It bled.

Breakfast time before it gets seriously hot.
Somewhere around Jumbo Rock. Rocks on the rock.
Joshua trees are everywhere.
We tried to get to the top of Ryan Mountain, though, it was getting too hot so we gave up and turned around at some point. We still saw these gorgeous views, though!
Hidden view trail is a short yet offers varieties of landscapes.
Sunset at the Keys View. Unfortunately, it was a bit cloudy, yet the view was very beautiful!
On the way heading back. Lots of windmills.
